The Gaugry family – cheese manufacturers at Brochon since 1946 – invite you to visit its facilities and to learn how unpasteurised milk cheese is made.
One part of the factory has been specially converted so that you can see the cheeses being made and admire a depiction of 19C cheese women and an exhibition of numerous old utensils. The best time to visit is in the morning when production is in full swing. Round off your visit in the retail shop where you will find a wide choice of cheeses and a selection of local products.
For individuals:
Unaccompanied visit during shop opening times.
Visit with commentary and tasting every Saturday at 9am.
